Returns
BillyXClub accepts returns for cases as described in our Conditions of sale. In such case please ask for our return form at [email protected], fill it out and send it to us together with the goods to be returned (in original, unused condition).
Please make sure to include your personal details and the order number the return relates to. Also note that shipping costs are on you.
For valid returns BillyXClub offers the choice between a refund and a replacement. All refunds of products (excl. shipping costs) will automatically be issued via the payment method used to purchase the original order.
